Edit a proposal you've already sent

A sent proposal can still be edited, and your client always sees the latest version.

Reopen the proposal from the list: every step stays available.

• Your quote changed? Click "New version" in the Quote step. Your client sees the new version right away, with the same link.
• You can add an optional quote, attachments, services or a team member: they show up in the client space on their next visit.
• Invite a new recipient or remove an access at any time. Someone you removed can no longer request a code to open the proposal.
