Clear engagement proposals, for consulting firms.
A consulting engagement is decided on trust as much as on price. Clozup gives your client a space to understand your approach, the phases and the proposed team.
The hard parts of an engagement proposal
- A method that's hard to make concrete
In a 30-page PDF, the approach gets lost between the context and the financial appendices.
- Several decision-makers
Leadership, procurement, operations: each reads part of the proposal, often not the same version.
- A long decision cycle
Without visibility on reading, it's hard to know when to follow up, and on what.
How Clozup helps
- 1Your method up front
Present the phases, scope and deliverables in clear pages, reusable from one engagement to the next.
- 2Your consultants introduced
The client sees the people on the engagement and their role.
- 3Each decision-maker gets access
Invite leadership, procurement and operations: everyone opens the same up-to-date proposal with their own code.
- 4Reading you can follow
See which parts were viewed, and prepare the next conversation accordingly.

A six-month strategic engagement
The firm presents the diagnosis, a three-phase method, the deliverables and two senior consultants, with its financial proposal as a PDF. The CEO and the head of procurement are invited. The firm sees that the method section was read at length, and prepares its scoping meeting around those questions.
Illustrative example: names and amounts are fictional.
