A cookie or tracker is information stored on or read from your device when you visit a website. In accordance with article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and CNIL guidelines, non-essential trackers are only set with your consent.

Audience measurement. We measure the Site's traffic with Umami Cloud, provided by Umami Software, Inc. This measurement covers only the clozup.cloud marketing website: we use it to understand how the website is visited and to improve how we present Clozup. It is not used in the Clozup application, nor on the proposals your clients view.
Umami sets no cookies and reads no information from your device. It only produces anonymous statistics (pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, country); your IP address is only used to determine the country and is not stored. In line with CNIL guidelines on audience measurement tools exempt from consent, this measurement is on by default, but you can object to it at any time by unchecking "Audience measurement" under "Manage cookies".
No advertising or cross-site tracking tool is used on the Site.
2. In the Clozup application
The client space stores in your browser the token that keeps you signed in to a proposal. Information about how you view a proposal (pages and documents viewed, time spent) is shared with the company that sent it to you. That company is responsible for this processing and must inform you about it. No third-party audience measurement or advertising tool is used in the application.
3. Managing your choices
You can accept, refuse or customize audience measurement on your first visit, then change your mind at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the page. Your choice is kept for 6 months. You can also delete this data in your browser settings.
